Dawson Buck - Non-Executive Chairman
Dawson, aged 59, is an internationally experienced Director with over three decades of experience at senior management and non-executive level. He has founded and built a multitude of companies individually, as well as initiating and innovating substantial change within large international corporations in the US, Europe, Asia Pacific and Eastern Europe. Dawson currently holds positions as Non-Executive Chairman of both L3 Technology Ltd and Provexis Plc, where he lead the team who successfully completed a reverse takeover flotation of the company onto the AIM market in June 2005.
He has a distinguished career spanning a range of industries, with high profile management positions including: Electronic Alarms Ltd, Group Chief Executive of Automated Security Holdings plc, Senior Vice President of Sensormatic Electronic Corporation Inc, President of Sensormatic International and Deputy Chief Executive ANGLE plc.
