Trakm8 is a UK based technology leader in fleet management, insurance telematics, connected car, and optimisation. We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join our Established Customer Success team here at the Head office in Coleshill.
The customer success team is a commercial team responsible for on-boarding new business, supporting customer trials and managing renewals and upgrades for Trakm8’s existing customer base.
It is the objective for the Customer Success Team’s account manager to reduce customer attrition and secure contract renewals and upgrades by promoting our latest product offerings. The Customer Success Team has a dedicated technical resource who are on hand to support opportunities for existing accounts and their technical requirements.
