Salary and Benefits:
£30k-£35k per annum (25 days holiday, Pension, life Assurance)

Headquartered in Coleshill, West Midlands, with a full manufacturing facility, Trakm8 is a UK based technology leader in fleet management, insurance telematics, and optimisation and dashboard camera systems. Through IP owned technology, the Group analyses data collected by its installed base of telematics units to fine tune the algorithms that are used to produce its telematics based solutions; these score driver behaviour, monitor vehicle health and continuously improve the security and operational efficiency of both private drivers and company fleets. The Marketing Director is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager, who will be responsible for maintaining and improving the effectiveness of a broad range of digital marketing channels.

The role will be interesting and varied, and will include some or all of the following activity:
  • Working with our external paid media agency to increase conversions and reduce CPA via Google Ads and Microsoft (Bing) Ads.
  • Working with our external web design agency to build and develop B2B lead generating websites.
  • Develop and continually update the group’s SEO strategy to help raise positions and generate organic traffic via the main search engines such as Google and Bing.
  • Regularly updating of the group’s content websites to add news, articles etc. to help boost organic traffic (via SEO).
  • Responsible for all paid and organic social media channels including posting, replying to posts and DM’s – specifically using LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.
  • To co-ordinate the group’s email marketing campaigns and regular e-newsletters using MailChimp/Pardot. Responsible for maintaining the group email campaign calendar and measure and report on campaign effectiveness in terms of web traffic and sales/lead conversions.
  • Updating leads, sources and campaigns within Salesforce.
  • Working with the Sales and Marketing teams to implement promotions for the group’s e-commerce websites to maximise sales and traffic.
  • Run A/B and multi-variate tests on the various digital channels.
  • Analysing and drawing actionable insight from analytics data
  • Implementing tactics and techniques to maximise campaign performance
  • Providing comprehensive performance updates and reports to internal stakeholders
Skills / Experience / Competency Required:
  • Excellent analytical and numeracy skills
  • Confidence and comprehensive experience of using Google Analytics & interpreting results
  • Experience of working with digital marketing channels such as SEO, social, email marketing and paid media.
  • Experience of working with external agencies to maximise the effectiveness of these relationships and services.
  • Copywriting skills, demonstrating the ability to adapt content to suit different audiences. Understands the benefits and techniques of using best practice for SEO.
  • Use of Salesforce to monitor leads and conversions, and create reports.
  • Passionate about customers, results and online excellence – with a good knowledge of emerging trends and technology.
Desirable Skills:
  • Google Ads/PPC experience
  • Experience working with ecommerce platforms
  • Reporting using Google Data Studio
  • Understanding of telematics, internet of things, big data
  • Have a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise and be organised

The Role:
  • Processing monthly payroll for the UK Company using Sage 50 Payroll software for approximately 180 employees.
  • First point of contact for employees on salary and benefit queries.
  • Manage the end to end monthly payroll process for the UK Company for approximately 180 employees using Sage 50 Payroll software. This includes full responsibility for the payroll standing data, including starters, leavers, monthly HMRC submissions, end of year HMRC reporting and production of P11d’s.
  • Administer staff benefits which includes Company pension scheme and childcare vouchers. This includes liaising with the pension providers, producing monthly submission.
  • Responsibility for managing the Company Car fleet, including sourcing quotes, issuing vehicles, liaising with leasing providers in managing the company car fleet.
  • Update on a regular basis, the Motor Insurers database.
  • Manage Company fuel cards ensuring, ensuring monthly reporting is completed and issuing and cancelling cards.
  • Process employee expense claims on a monthly basis, ensuring claims submitted are appropriately authorised and adhere to Company policy.
Skills / Experience / Competency Required:
  • Previous experience of processing payroll using Sage 50 Payroll
  • Excellent attention to detail to deliver high levels of accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills as this role interacts with all employees
  • Strong team player as this role requires close working with other members of the finance team, and with the HR team
  • Diplomacy and confidentiality traits
  • Reasonable Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Ability to act with the highest level of diplomacy and discretion
  • Ability to work independently as required

The Role:
Support the business development and marketing teams by gathering and maintaining sales data; researching prospective clients in order to provide new leads and validate existing information on our established CRM database.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Cleansing of historic data directories via phone, ascertaining key business information and populating the Salesforce CRM System
  • Utilising available assets (internet, social media, LinkedIn etc.) to research additional information on markets, business sectors for future opportunities
  • Keep the CRM system up to date with market and lead information, appointments made by the sales team, and feedback/ next steps after appointments have taken place
  • Management of out-of-date data and ensuring that strict compliance with GDPR guidelines is adhered to
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and to increase the accuracy of the Sales Database
  • Build strong intercompany relationships with other staff /colleagues liaising with the team as appropriate; Work closely with Marketing to provide data for specific campaigns
  • Work with marketing to support launch of new company referral program

  • Excellent customer service skills with an ability to interact with senior business owners.
  • Accurate and speedy data inputting skills & a passion for information gathering
  • A passion for information gathering, an enquiring mind and desire to complete each ‘puzzle’
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce.
