The Role:
  • Full Lifecycle software development of salesforce including consultation with internal and external customers to understand requirements
  • Provide documentation & training on all software developed
  • Mentoring other members of the Salesforce development team
  • Participation in daily/weekly scrum meetings

The Person:
  • 5+ years of technical Salesforce experience
  • BS in Computer Science or Salesforce Developer 401 / 501 certification
  • Advanced knowledge of Visualforce, Apex, SQL
  • Extensive experience within Force.com
  • Advanced Salesforce configurations including ETL tool knowledge

Due to steady growth we are now looking for an experienced PPC Executive to join our Marketing team.

The Role:
  • Set up campaigns on multiple Google AdWords, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter, Amazon Marketing Services and Facebook advertising accounts
  • Continually monitor and update accounts to optimise lead conversions and e-commerce sales
  • Keyword discovery and research to identify potential keywords to use on the accounts
  • Set up text ads, product listing ads, display ads and re-marketing advertising campaigns
  • Ensure all ads follow company brand guidelines and all copy written is to our high standards
  • Analyse and report on campaigns to achieve maximum ROI
  • Ensure tracking is place so that all campaigns are correctly tracked and measured for ROI
  • Focussed on maintaining monthly and annual budgets and hitting KPI targets

The Person:
  • Advanced experience of working with both Google AdWords and Bing Ads
  • Experience and knowledge of using Facebook Ads, LinkedIn and Amazon Marketing Services preferred
  • Experience of Google Analytics would be preferable
  • Experience of a variety of bid strategies, re-marketing ads and product listing ads essential
  • Can work with stakeholders and colleagues in Marketing at all levels

Trakm8 is seeking an expert in real-time computer vision systems to grow its existing research team developing automatic driver assistance systems (ADAS) such as forward vehicle detection systems, automatic sign recognition and lane detection systems. Trakm8 is a leading innovator in driver behaviour analytics such as risk scoring for the insurance sector, vehicle prognostics, automated vehicle crash detection and its developing computer vision systems for automatic driver assistance systems (ADAS). Trakm8 is seeking highly motivated candidates to create the next generation of algorithms.

The Role:
  • Research and development of algorithms for use with Trakm8 products
  • An important part of data science is extracting, transforming and loading data which requires excellent programming and scripting skills
  • Release of tested algorithms to the development team
  • Development of vision based driver assistance algorithms
  • Integration of algorithms into an embedded Linux camera system
  • Contributing to system architecture design
  • Contributing to camera design / development to ensure vision requirements are catered for

The Person:
  • To be successful you will have strong mathematical reasoning skills, and strong programming skills
  • You will have a science based Master’s Degree or PHD and proven experience with creating computer vision systems
  • As a Computer Vision Scientist you will be a programming expert who is comfortable in a range of different languages such as OpenCV, C/C++, Python, Linux, R
  • Ideally you will have extensive experience with the Linux operating system and be comfortable learning new skills quickly
  • PhD or MSc in computer vision / signal processing / machine learning
  • Strong background in maths / physics

The Role:
  • Full Lifecycle software development of Trakm8 core product set to include web portal software or internal applications such as CRM, Finance, Sales & Marketing or Business Intelligence
  • Participation in daily/weekly scrum meetings as well as regular Team meetings
  • Provide documentation on all software developed

The Person:
  • Graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar discipline preferred
  • Exposure to the software development lifecycle to ideally include business analysis

The Role:
  • To manage a team focused on delivering a robust and effective manufacturing and production test systems, with the flexibility to support rapid new product introduction.
  • Work with engineering and the quality team to ensure all active products have full current manufacturing data packs.
  • Advise Design for Test (DFT). Ensure products are value engineered to provide competitive advantage.
  • Work with Design Engineering to implement a product text process to ensure cost effective quality of new products.
  • Establish and maintain an engineering change system to effectively manage the implementation of these changes into production.
  • Manage and maintain test equipment, ensure preventative maintenance rather than reactive.
  • Support design engineering by ensuring that the team members are formally assigned and planned into projects from the outset. Ensure the early participation of the key suppliers.
  • Ensure tooling and other capital equipment is managed and maintained throughout its life cycle for both the facility and all outsourced partners.
  • Document all processes involved in operations engineering, use the continuous improvement techniques to reduce waste, increase productivity and improve quality.
  • Oversee the management of Customer concerns, from initial problem reporting through to problem resolution using problem solving techniques such as 8D, 5 Why and fishbone diagrams.
  • Promote the use of APQP documentation (PFMEA, PPAP and control plans).
  • Responsibility for all plant, machinery and facilities and their maintenance and improvement for the Coleshill site.
  • Ensure all quality data is captured, analysed against targets and oversee corrective actions and or improvement projects when targets are not achieved.
  • Oversee the completion of Risk Assessments for new processes and or equipment.
  • Ensure at Coleshill facility on-going compliance with legal requirements and regulations (COSHH, ROHS, REACH) etc.

The Person:
  • Substantial manufacturing operations experience 2+ years of which will have been at manufacturing manager level
  • Knowledge of electronics manufacturing environments

The Role:
  • Collecting diagnostic data from vehicles
  • Reverse engineering and documenting diagnostic protocols and procedures using diagnostic tools and data collected from vehicles

  • Validation of reverse engineered diagnostic functions and procedures

Due to steady growth we are now looking for an Optimisation Product Manager, the role is 50% UK based and the other half in our Prague office in Czech Republic.

The Role:
  • Drive the development of our Optimisation product in line with our core roadmap but also incorporating bespoke projects
  • Assist in creation of product roadmap by analysing both competitors and customer requirements
  • Work closely with the CTO and Sales and Engineering teams to ensure that all the requirements are captured and documented to allow development to be completed
  • Prioritisation of development work including new projects, feature enhancements and bug fixes to ensure delivery timescales are in line with roadmap and customer expectations

The Person:
  • Proven Experience in a Product Manager role
  • Graduate in Mathematics, Computer Science or similar discipline
  • Strong stakeholder management with an ability to influence outcomes
  • Strong commercial focus with a client centric approach
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Work from the Group’s UK and Czech offices collaborating with the relevant teams in each location

Due to expansion we now require an applications engineer to be based from our Coleshill office near Birmingham – the role will require significant client related travel.

The Role:
  • Delivery of Customer telematics solutions
  • Development and delivery of solution plans
  • Communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful technical and commercial project delivery
  • Working with core engineering teams to specify, test and deliver new hardware and software features
  • Working with Customer Service Team to ensure vehicle installations are delivered to specification at the right time
  • Development of vehicle installation documentation
  • Provide sales support and expert technical assistance pre/post sale at client sites
  • 2nd line technical support for Customer queries

The Person:
We are looking for candidates from electronics (ideally automotive electronics) or automotive engineering background. You may already be an applications engineer or alternatively you may be interested in using your technical knowledge in a customer facing environment. We would also consider recent graduates with a relevant degree (Electronics/Automotive related). Experience of automotive protocols such as CAN Bus and vehicle electrical systems are of particular interest as are good diagnostic/fault finding skills. Nice to haves include knowledge of automotive accessory installations (in particular Telematics products), project management skills (to manage trials/rollouts/upgrades) and vehicle electrical architectures. The role is very client facing so you will need excellent stakeholder management skills and you will also need to be willing to travel on a regular basis.

Desirable Skills:
  • Experience in delivering complete telematics solutions
  • Strong GSM, GPS skills
  • Detailed knowledge of FMS, ISO15765 and manufacturer specific diagnostic protocols
