Updated COVID-19 customer statement from Trakm8

At Trakm8, we remain committed to supporting our customers and safeguarding our team, alongside ensuring all of our operations are compliant with the latest guidelines and advice from both the government and the World Health Organisation.

In such rapidly evolving circumstances, we realise that our response must be equally as agile, so we remain poised to adapt our operations as, and when, that need should arise. To that end, we have already implemented a number of measures to both safeguard our team and ensure we are able to continue offering the same levels of service excellence our customers have come to expect.

These include reducing the amount of staff we have at our Coleshill head office, supporting remote working wherever possible, implementing stringent hygiene regulations across the entirety of our operations and minimising non-essential contact for our technicians.

To minimise the risk of disruption to our customer base and to ensure they can continue to access the services they need, we have bolstered our UK manufacturing capabilities to make sure we hold safety inventory as finished goods and as components within the operations and in our supply chain.

These are undoubtedly challenging times, which require a joined-up approach if we are to tackle and overcome them. That’s why we are determined to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with our customers, and do everything that we can to help keep them moving.
