How to enable Remote Support

There may be occasions when you need to give the Trakm8 support team access to your Insight Organisation, you can enable Remote Support for a specific period and disable access at any time.

  1. In your Insight Organisation, click on your profile image or icon and click on Support in the menu.
  2. Click on the Enable Remote Support button.
  3. To select how long you would like to give Remote Support access, change the dropdown field from ‘1 Day’ to ‘3 Days’ or ‘1 Week’ and click on the Submit button. Alternatively, select ‘Custom Date’ and using the date picker, select any future date and click on the Submit button.
  4. You should then see ‘Remote Support is Enabled’ above the Configure Remote Support button.
  5. You can disable Remote Support at any time by clicking on the Configure Remote Support button and clicking on the Disable button.
