Thursday 25th December (Christmas Day): Closed
Friday 26th December (Boxing Day): Closed
Saturday 27th December: Closed
Sunday 28th December: Closed
Monday 29th December: Open as usual
Tuesday 30th December: 08:30 – 17:00
Wednesday 31st December (New Year’s Eve): 08:30 – 17:00
Thursday 1st January (New Year’s Day): Closed
Friday 2nd January: Normal operating hours
During the days we are open, our dedicated customer support team will be available to assist you with any inquiries or assistance you may require. Any issues you may have can be raised to support@trakm8.com or call 03303 334 124, where a ticket will be raised. You will receive an initial confirmation of your case number, along with the assigned priority level within 4 business hours, within the hours of 07:00 to 18:00.
