Omegro, a portfolio within Volaris, one of Constellation Software’s (TSX: CSU) six autonomous operating groups, is an acquirer of software companies that provides a permanent home to continue their legacy and provide long-term sustainable and profitable growth for their people, their business and their stakeholders.
Omegro was attracted to Trakm8’s potential to grow and believes it presents a significant opportunity for expansion and innovation, underpinned by a trusted brand, client-centric culture and technology-enabled processes.
Iain Stringer appointed as Trakm8 CEO
Alongside this acquisition, we are delighted to share that Iain Stringer has been appointed as the new CEO of Trakm8. Iain brings a wealth of experience in transport specific technologies and a strong vision for how Trakm8 can deliver for its customers in the future.
What does this mean for Trakm8?
The acquisition by Omegro will provide Trakm8 with additional resources to accelerate the development of our solutions, deliver enhanced support and service, and better help our customers make their fleet operations the safest and most efficient they can be.
