1) We’ll start creating a new Insight Organisation for you
If you’re a new customer, we’ll create a new Insight Organisation for you. You should receive an invite/activation email from us within the next thirty minutes – if not please check your junk or spam folders before contacting us via our support email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
2) You’ll receive your first invoice from us
You’ll receive your first VAT Invoice from us via email.
3) We’ll dispatch your devices to you (& arrange installation)
Our despatch team will prepare your order and send your devices to your shipping address. If you have ordered a hard-wired device which requires installation by our installation team, we’ll call you within two working days to arrange a convenient time for installation.
4) We’ll send you a link to our Getting Started guide
We want you to experience the benefits of Insight straightaway, so we’ll send you a link to our Getting Started guide shortly after you receive your Insight Organisation activation email. Our easy to follow Getting Started guide will show you how to get started with step-by-step instructions for adding devices, vehicles and people to your Insight Organisation.
